Atlanta, Georgia - June 8, 2007 – FleetCor, the Global Fleet Card Company, announced today the appointment of former Shell executive Andrew Blazye to the newly created position of Europe CEO. In this role, Blazye will lead FleetCor’s European operations, and will further develop FleetCor’s European fuel card footprint.

FleetCor plans to continue its rapid expansion in Europe with the establishment of this newly created CEO position. Since September 2006, FleetCor has acquired three major fuel card companies – CH Jones/Keyfuels, CCS, and The Fuel Card Company UK.

“I am absolutely delighted to be joining FleetCor,” said Blazye. “The assignment draws on every aspect of my background and experience. I think it’s a really a great fit for me.”
