FleetCor, the Global Fleet Card Company, announces today that Keyfuels, a U.K. subsidiary,
has achieved its best ever results in an annual customer satisfaction survey conducted by
Customer Service Network (CSN), the U.K.'s leading independent service excellence organisation.
Based on a survey of Keyfuels’ customers in December 2007, the company demonstrated extraordinary
progress in its quest to become the leader in providing fleet card customers with the highest levels
of service excellence in the industry.
Among the many conclusions of the Customer Perception Survey is that Keyfuels received an incredibly
high Net Promoter rating, a key measure that CSN use on all of their customer surveys. Net Promoter
measures the likelihood that a customer will actively recommend a company and its products or services to
other potential customers. With a Net Promoter score of 50.7%, Keyfuels far exceeded the industry average in the
fleet fuel management industry in the U.K.
