FleetCor Strengthens Its Global Capabilities by Acquiring ICP Smart Concepts fleet card company

Atlanta, Georgia – April 28, 2008 – FleetCor, the Global Fleet Card Company, announced today that it has signed definitive agreements to acquire the fleet card company of ICP Smart Concepts, a leading provider of commercial fuel card processing services to major oil clients in Europe, Asia and Africa.

Commenting on the transaction, Andrew Blazye, CEO of FleetCor Europe, said "We are delighted to expand our capabilities by acquiring ICP Smart Concepts’ fuel card company. Its cutting-edge commercial fuel card processing technology and successful track record complement FleetCor’s ambition to be the preferred partner of major oil companies worldwide.”

Johan Vaatstra, Managing Director and founder of ICP Smart Concepts, will assist in the transition and stay actively involved with the business going forward. “FleetCor is the global leader in fuel cards - I am excited to be joining efforts with them,” said Johan. “I have no doubt that our existing and future clients will benefit greatly from the combination.” Existing clients include Chevron, Delek, and Q8.
