Ronald F. Clarke, Chairman, FleetCor
Ron Clarke joined FleetCor in August 2000 as its Chief Executive Officer. He was elected Chairman of
the Board in March 2003.
Prior to joining FleetCor, Mr. Clarke was President and Chief Operating Officer of AHL services, a
$1 billion staffing firm. Before that, he was a division president and corporate officer with
ADP, a $7 billion computer services company. During his tenure at ADP, he also held the position
of chief marketing officer.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Clarke was a principal at Booz Allen, a global management consulting
firm and a marketing manager for the General Electric Company.
Mr. Clarke received a BA degree, summa cum laude, in economics from Colby College, and an MBA
with honors, from Cornell University.

Andrew Balson, Bain Capital
Mr. Balson joined Bain Capital in 1996. He was promoted to Managing Director in 2000. Prior to
joining Bain Capital, Mr. Balson was a consultant at Bain & Company where he worked in the
technology, telecommunications, financial services and consumer goods industries.
Previously Mr. Balson worked in the Merchant Banking Group at Morgan Stanley & Co. and in
the leveraged buyout group at SBC Australia.
Mr. Balson received an M.B.A. with distinction from Harvard Business School. He received an A.B.
from Princeton University.

John G. Berylson, GCC Investments, LCC
John Berylson is the President of GCC Investments, LLC, a subsidiary of GC Companies. Prior to that,
Mr. Berylson was Vice President and Managing Director of Advent International Financial Services, Inc. He was also a Partner and founder of Cowen & Company's investment banking and Corporate Finance division, and a Vice President at Blyth Eastman Paine Webber.
Mr. Berylson is a director at American Capital Access Holdings, Inc., GrandVision S.A.,
MotherNature.Com, Inc., and Youngworld Stores Group, Inc. He is also an overseer of the Newton Wellesley
Hospital, a trustee of the Beth Israel Hospital of Boston, a trustee of the Brown University Sports
Foundation and a director of the Brown University Library System.
Mr. Berylson received an M.B.A. from Harvard University, an A.B. degree from Brown University, and
an M.S. from New York University.

Craig Boyce, Bain Capital
Mr. Boyce is a Principal of Bain Capital and joined the firm in 1998. Prior to joining Bain Capital,
Mr. Boyce was a consultant at Bain & Company.
Mr. Boyce received an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School, an M.S. in Chemical Engineering from
Massachusetts Institute of Technology and graduated magna cum laude with a B.S.E. in Chemical Engineering from Princeton University.

John Carroll has been with Summit Partners' Boston Office since 1998. Prior to joining Summit Partners,
he was a consultant at Bain & Company, and he has also worked as a commercial banker at BankBoston
Corporation
Mr. Carroll has served as a director of BURST! Media, LLC; CallTech Communications, LLC; Clinical
Pathology Laboratories, Inc.; Sybari Software, Inc. and Virtual Prototypes. He also works extensively
with Blue Ocean Software, Inc. and Fry Multimedia, Inc.
Mr. Carroll received his B.A., cum laude, from Dartmouth College and his M.B.A., with distinction, from
Northwestern University.

Bruce R. Evans, Summit Partners
Bruce Evans joined the Summit Partners' Boston office in 1986. Prior to joining Summit, he worked for
the corporate finance department of Salomon Brothers and as a Marketing Representative with IBM Corporation.
Mr. Evans has served on the boards of numerous private and public companies, including A+ Network, Inc.;
DSET Corporation; Hittite Microwave Corporation; Hyperion Software Corporation; InstallShield Corporation;
Microbank Software, Inc.; OPNET Technologies, Inc.; Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc.; Private Business, Inc.;
Renal Treatment Centers, Inc. and Telcobuy.com, LLC.
Mr. Evans received a B.E. degree, magna cum laude, in mechanical engineering and economics from
Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mark A. Johnson, Checkfree, Vice Chairman
Mark Johnson is the Vice Chairman of Checkfree, where he is responsible for M & A and business
development. Since joining Checkfree in 1982, he has held numerous positions within the organization.
He was responsible for the development and launching of CheckFree's electronic bill payment and bill
presentment businesses, the development of key strategic alliances, and served as President of the
company's Corporate Banking Division. Since 1982 he has also been a member of the CheckFree Board of Directors.
Prior to joining CheckFree, Mr. Johnson worked for the Federal Reserve Bank in Cleveland where he was
responsible for check and ACH operations, as well as Bank One, where he was the officer in charge of
cash management operations.
Mr. Johnson has served on the boards of a number of private and public companies. He is a graduate
of Miami University and holds an M.B.A. degree from Ohio State University.

Glenn W. Marschel, Jr., NetNumber, Inc.
Glenn Marschel is President and CEO of NetNumber, Inc., a provider of standards based registry and
directory services and software technology to the communications industry. He is the former chief
executive officer, president and co-chairman of Faroudja Inc., a video processing technology firm
that is now part of Genesis Microchip.
Former positions held by Mr. Marschel include president and chief executive officer of Paging
Network, Inc. and vice chairman of First Financial Management Corporation. He also has served as
group president of the Employer Services units of Automatic Data Processing and as a member of the
company's executive committee for five years.
Mr. Marschel is a director of Sabre Holdings Corporation and Corio, Inc., and holds a B.S. degree
in corporate finance from the University of Missouri.

Chris Mruck, Advent International
Chris Mruck joined Advent in 1997. Prior to Advent, Chris worked for over 10 years in corporate and
project finance. His experience included positions with the European Bank for Reconstruction &
Development, where he headed and developed its Czech office, and with Deutsche Bank in the U.K. and
Singapore. Chris has been responsible for the firm's roll-up investments in Brewery Holdings Ltd.,
Romania's largest brewing group, Euromedia Group, Romania's leading outdoor advertising group, and
Slovanet Group, the Czech and Slovak corporate ISP.
He also led Advent's investment in The Bulgarian Telecommunications Company (BTC), and the firm's
buyouts in CCS a.s., the leading fuel card provider in the Czech Republic, and in Dufa, a leading
Romanian paint company.
Chris has an MA from Oxford University and an MBA from INSEAD.

Steven Stull, Advantage Capital Partners
Steven Stull is President of Advantage Capital Partners, a company he co-founded in 1992. As the
firm's chief executive officer, he directs investment policy, overall operations, strategic
planning, and fundraising activities.
Prior to co-founding Advantage Capital, Mr. Stull spent nine years as an executive in the investment
department of General American Life Insurance Company where, among other things, he headed the
Securities Division and personally managed the company's high yield, convertible, and preferred
stock portfolios.
Prior to joining General American, he was the Chief Financial Officer of an information services
company and held positions at a commercial bank, and a savings and loan association.
Mr. Stull is active with and serves as a director of various Advantage Capital Partners portfolio
companies. He is a member of the National Venture Capital Association, the National Association of
Small Business Investment Companies, and other industry organizations. In 1998, he received an
Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award for being a supporter of entrepreneurship.
Mr. Stull holds a B.S. in finance and economics and an M.B.A. from Washington University. He is a
chartered financial analyst (CFA) and is a fellow of the Life Management Institute (FLMI).
