| Ronald F. Clarke, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer |

Ron Clarke joined FleetCor in August 2000 as its Chief Executive Officer. He was
elected Chairman of the Board in March 2003. Previously, he was President and Chief
Operating Officer of AHL Services, a $1 billion staffing firm.
Ron has served as Division President of ADP, as well as its Chief Marketing Officer.
In addition, Mr. Clarke was a Principal at Booz Allen, a global consulting firm, and a
Marketing Manager for GE.
Ron received a B.A. degree, summa cum laude, in economics from Colby College, and an M.B.A.,
with honors, from Cornell University.

| Eric Dey, Chief Financial Officer |
|
|
Eric Dey was named Chief Financial Officer of FleetCor in November 2002. All financial
planning, accounting, treasury, tax and human-resource functions report directly to Eric. In addition,
he has responsibility for FleetCor's audit, bank, legal and investor relations.
Eric joined FleetCor after serving as CFO for NCI Corporation, an Atlanta-based call center company.
Prior to that, he served as CFO of Leisure Time Technology, leading the company through a successful
IPO.
Eric also spent five years with Excel Communications, contributing to its growth from a $30 million
startup to a $1.5 billion enterprise. Earlier in his career, Eric held a variety of financial
and accounting positions with Pepsi.
He has an M.B.A. from the University of Dallas, and earned a B.B.A. from Western Michigan University.

| Van Huff, Chief Information Officer |
|
|
As Chief Information Officer, Van Huff is responsible for FleetCor's company-wide
technology planning, development, production systems and corporate systems. Van
has broad based experience with high volume transaction processing systems, e-customer
correspondence and enhanced card programs. In addition, he has had responsibility for
several large international projects.
Van joins FleetCor from First Data Corporation, where he had responsibility for
First Data Resources' distributed systems and custom client work.
In prior roles at First Data Corporation, Van was responsible for large scale
conversions, custom development, production systems and the project management office.
Van holds B.S. and M.S. Degrees from Bellevue University.

| Todd House, Chief Operations Officer N.A. |
|
|
Todd House provides leadership for all FleetCor operations functions serving all
North American business units.
Todd brings over 15 years of credit and credit operations experience to his role
at FleetCor including 10 years at Capital One in successive positions of increasing
responsibility including Managing Director of its South African business. Following
Capital One, Todd worked for Carmax as Vice President of strategy and Chief Credit
Officer and as Executive Vice President of marketing for Axiant, a leading collections
& recoveries outsource provider serving some of the largest North American credit card
issuers.
Todd has been awarded a B.A. in History & Economics from Wake Forest University.

| Scott Ruoff, EVP – Corporate Development |
|
|
As Executive Vice President of Corporate Development, Scott oversees strategic planning and
acquisitions for FleetCor.
Scott brings a broad set of experiences from management consulting, investment banking, and financial
services to the FleetCor team. Prior to joining FleetCor in 2000, Scott served as a management
consultant with Nextera Enterprises, advising clients in the areas of strategic sales and marketing.
He has also held positions with Bankers Trust, Western Union, and American Express.
Scott has an M.B.A. from the Wharton School, and earned a B.S.B.A., in Finance from the University of Florida.

Ken Greenway, EVP - Corporate Initiatives
With over 25 years experience in the transaction processing industry, Ken Greenway serves as
EVP of Corporate Initiatives.
Before joining FleetCor, Ken held a variety of general and central-service management positions
with Automatic Data Processing, Inc. (ADP) spanning a 15-year period. During this time, Ken
led ADP's efforts to centralize and integrate five corporate acquisitions into one cohesive business unit.
Additional career achievements include developing and releasing new product offerings, creating
a client/server hosting center, successfully launching new service businesses and managing
projects on a national scale.

| H. Steve Smith , EVP – Strategic Partnerships |
|

As Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnership, Steve leads FleetCor’s efforts to
expand domestic market share through alliances with key industry players including potential
cobrand partners. Steve has been involved in partnership development
his entire career and most recently crafted a very successful marketing alliance with Comdata.
Prior to joining FleetCor, Steve was Senior Vice President of Sales for Ultimate Software, a
leading provider of human resource and payroll software. In this position, he led the national
sales organization through a successful company IPO and was instrumental in launching several
partner relationships.
In addition, Steve has 20 years of experience with Automatic Data Processing. During that time,
he served as Division Vice President of Sales for National Accounts, Vice President of National
Account Marketing and Vice President of Strategic Alliances for National Accounts. He was also
a Sales Manager with Burroughs Corporation.
Steve earned a B.B.A. from the University of Georgia.

Sean Bowen, Senior Vice President & General Counsel
Sean Bowen joined FleetCor in March 2008 as its General Counsel.
In this role, Sean has global responsibility for all legal matters company-wide.
Previously, he was Division Senior Counsel for the Internet Security Systems division
of International Business Machines Corporation (NYSE: IBM.) Sean came to IBM as part of
its acquisition of Internet Security Systems, Inc., a Nasdaq-traded, global network security
company where Sean was Vice President and General Counsel since 2000.
Prior to joining Internet Security Systems, Sean was a Senior Counsel with Eastman Chemical Company
(NYSE: EMN), representing several divisions, sales and corporate functions globally. Sean was a partner
in the Cleveland, Ohio law firm of Kahn Kleinman LPA before joining Eastman.
Sean has a B.S. in Management degree from the Tulane University, A.B. Freeman School of Business and
holds a J.D. degree from the Ohio State University, Moritz College of Law.

| Andrew Blazye, CEO – FleetCor Europe |
|
|
Andrew Blazye is the CEO of FleetCor’s European business. In this role, Andrew is
leading the rapid development of FleetCor’s European fuel card footprint – managing
major acquisitions and the company’s aggressive expansion in this market.
A proven business developer, Andrew came to FleetCor with more than 20 years of experience
in the oil, global payments and fuel card industries. Andrew worked at Shell International
for two decades in numerous markets such as Malaysia, Canada and the US, in a number of
increasingly responsible roles, most recently as the Global General Manager for Shell’s
Fuel Card and loyalty business worldwide.
Andrew is a dual honors graduate from Sheffield University and Insead Business School.

Alex Hart, President - Fuelman Fleet Cards
With over 25 years experience in payments and transaction processing, Alex Hart serves as
President of the Fuelman FleetCard programs.
Alex joined FleetCor from CheckFree where he served as EVP and General Manager of Electronic
Banking Services. Prior to CheckFree, Alex was President and CEO of Corillian Corporation, a
publicly traded company (acquired by CheckFree in 2007).
Earlier in his career, Alex held a number of general management, business development and
marketing roles at Microsoft and NationsBank. Alex holds a bachelor's degree from
Harvard University.

Robert Brandes, President - Universal FleetCards
As President of FleetCor's Universal Cards division, Robert Brandes leads a business unit which
delivers universally accepted fleet purchasing card programs to companies of all sizes in the US.
Robert is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of B2B marketing and general management experience
and has been with FleetCor since 2002.
Previously, Robert spent 8 years working for Automatic Data Processing (ADP) in a variety of marketing,
business development, and general management roles with the payroll processing division. In addition,
he worked for General Electric Company (GE) for 7 years in a variety of sales and marketing positions
with their plastics, wholesale supply, and electro-materials divisions.
Robert earned a B.S., Masters of Engineering, and M.B.A. in Finance from Cornell University.

Eric Lind, President – Petroleum Marketer CFN Card Programs
Eric Lind joined FleetCor as the new President of CFN in May 2007, armed with over 20 years of
industry experience. Eric comes to the team with a unique blend of strong product knowledge, an
understanding of the needs of the petroleum marketer, relationship-building expertise and an
extensive business background. As President of CFN, Eric is responsible for the company’s overall
network growth and technological development.
Prior to joining the FleetCor team, Eric worked in marketing and sales management roles, then held a
number of increasingly responsible positions at Pacific Northern Oil, culminating in the role of
Co-President. For the past five years he has been President of independent petroleum marketer,
Pettit Oil, whose major lines of business include card locks, lubricants, and the transport/distribution
of branded and unbranded fuels.

Benton Routh, President – Petroleum Marketer Private Label Programs
As President of FleetCor's Petroleum Marketer Private Label division, Benton Routh leads a business unit
which delivers world-class fleet card programs to petroleum marketers. Benton is a seasoned
executive with over 15 years of fleet card business experience.
Previously, Benton was responsible for the global credit card business of ExxonMobil Fuels
Marketing Company. In addition, he held a series of executive jobs at ExxonMobil and predecessor
company Mobil in Marketing, Advertising & Promotions, Planning, International Marketing &
Refining, and Global Procurement.
Prior to ExxonMobil, Benton spent ten years with Booz Allen Hamilton, a global strategy and
management consulting firm.
Benton holds both graduate and undergraduate degrees from Dartmouth College.

Bill Schmit, President – Major Oil Card Programs
Bill Schmit founded and launched FleetCor's Major Oil Private Label division in 2002 - focusing
on customized fleet card solutions for the largest branded petroleum retailer networks. FleetCor is now the
largest private label commercial card processor for Major Oil companies, based on the concept
of providing innovative products with progressive sales & marketing at a low cost.
Prior to FleetCor Bill served in a senior management role for over 15 years with Unocal 76.
During that time, he had extensive involvement with new business development, corporate
strategic planning, marketing and sales management.
Bill earned a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Illinois, a J.D. from Georgia State
University and is a member of the Illinois & Georgia Bar.

Tim Downs, President – Corporate Lodging Consultants
Tim Downs is President of Corporate Lodging Consultants (CLC), a provider of customized outsourced
lodging programs to thousands of large and small companies throughout North America.
Prior to joining CLC, Downs was Vice President of Operations at Printing, Inc. Earlier in his career,
Downs worked in positions of increasing responsibility in information technology at DP-Tek, Inc.,
Epoch Information Systems and Pizza Hut, Inc.
Downs holds a bachelor's degree in management from Kansas Newman College and an MBA from Friends University
in Wichita.
