President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors

Ronald F. Clarke has been our President and Chief Executive Officer since August 2000 and was appointed Chairman of our Board of Directors in March 2003. From 1999 to 2000, Mr. Clarke served as President and Chief Operating Officer of AHL Services, Inc, a staffing firm. From 1990 to 1998, Mr. Clarke served as chief marketing officer and later as a division president with Automatic Data Processing, Inc., a computer services company. From 1987 to 1990, Mr. Clarke was a principal with Booz Allen Hamilton, a global management-consulting firm. Earlier, Mr. Clarke was a marketing manager for General Electric Company, a diversified technology, media, and financial services corporation.

Chief Executive Officer-FLEETCOR Europe

Andrew R. Blazye joined the company in 2007 and is FLEETCOR's European CEO. Prior to FLEETCOR he was a Director of Dunnhumby Ltd, one of the UK's largest marketing research businesses, owned by Tesco plc. For over 20 years he worked in the international downstream oil organization of Royal Dutch Shell, covering senior commercial assignments around the world. While at Shell, he held the position of GM for Shell's Global Payments Division, where he was accountable for the commercial fuel card, consumer credit card and loyalty businesses globally. He is a Fellow of the UK Institute of Directors.

Executive Vice President—Global Universal Products

Robert P. Brandes has been with FLEETCOR since June 2002 and was named Executive Vice President of Global Universal Products in 2010. Mr. Brandes' career at FLEETCOR has included serving as President of Universal Fleet Cards, Senior Vice President of Product Management, Senior Vice President of Co-Brand and Vice President of Marketing.

Executive Vice President—Corporate Development

John S. Coughlin has served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development since 2010. From 2007 to 2010, Mr. Coughlin served as Managing Director at PCG Capital Partners, a private equity fund. From 2005 to 2006, Mr. Coughlin served as CEO of NCDR LLC, a healthcare company. From 1994 to 2005, Mr. Coughlin was a Senior Partner with The Parthenon Group, a strategic advisory and principal investment firm. Mr. Coughlin began his career as an investment banker at Credit Suisse First Boston.

Chief Financial Officer

Eric R. Dey has been our CFO since November 2002. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Dey served as CFO of NCI Corporation. From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Dey served as Corporate Controller with Excel Communications. From 1984 to 1994, Mr. Dey held financial and accounting positions with PepsiCo, Inc.

Corporate Lodging Consultants

Timothy J. Downs joined us as President of Corporate Lodging Consultants in connection with our acquisition of CLC Group, Inc. in April 2009. Previously, Mr. Downs held various positions with Corporate Lodging Consultants, including Vice President Technology from May 1999 to September 2004 and as Executive Vice President Operations from September 2004 to April 2009.

President - Developing Markets

Charles R. Freund has been our President of Developing Markets since 2010. From 2009 to 2010, Mr. Freund served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy. From 2007 to 2008, he served as Vice President of U.K. Card Issuing. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Freund held various roles within our Business Development group. Previously, Mr. Freund worked as a consultant at Sibson Consulting.

Chief Operating Officer & President, US Direct Business

Todd W. House has been our Chief Operating Officer since 2009 and became responsible for our U.S. Direct business in 2010. From 2007 to 2009, Mr. House was Chief Financial Officer with Axiant, LLC. Previously, from 1993 to 2005, Mr. House served in various leadership roles at Capital One Financial Corp including Vice President Credit Risk Management, CEO South Africa, and CEO Canada.

Executive Vice President—U.S. Fuel Card Marketing and Sales

Jeffrey D. Lamb is EVP of U.S. Fuel Card Marketing and Sales. Prior to joining FLEETCOR in 2010, Mr. Lamb was Managing Director and Co-founder of Socius Capital, LLC, a middle-market financial sponsor and management company. Mr. Lamb has also served in senior management and board roles at both small and large companies, including Wazee Electric, Sun Microsystems, BizBlast, The Vincam Group and ADP.

President - North American Partner Business of FLEETCOR Technologies, Inc.

William J. Schmit has served as President of North American Partner Business of FLEETCOR Technologies, Inc. since 2010. Mr. Schmit served as President of Major Oil Card Programs from 2005 to 2010. From 1999 to 2005, Mr. Schmit served as our Senior Vice President of Private Label Programs.
